  • LEI completes the acquisition of all of AlliedSignal Corporation's Alexandrite Laser Technology including 33 Patents, Bills of Materials on over 25 laser systems, Laboratories including 3 high powered Alexandrite lasers and laser components.
1997
  • LEI opens new headquarters in Princeton, New Jersey area and completes first stage of prototype solid state laser with lasing at 193 nm.

  • LEI expands business operations in the Princeton New Jersey area, forms Board of Directors and plans for a new opening in the area.
